How to apply:
- Tuesday, July 16th, Wednesday, July 17th
- 9am to 1pm
- Charleston Elementary School
- Form 121 – Immunization Record
- Child’s birth certificate
- 2 proofs of residency (No P.O. Boxes): light bill, cable bill, etc.
